An Indoor Positioning System Built on Ultra-Wideband (UWB)
GPS doesn’t work indoors, and Wi-Fi or Bluetooth positioning usually gives only a rough, room-level estimate. WISER is an indoor positioning system designed for industrial sites. It uses ultra-wideband (UWB), a radio technology whose short pulses can be timed precisely, to locate every tagged asset with sub-meter accuracy. WISER antenna nodes form a UWB mesh across your facility, and the WISER server turns tag signals into live coordinates on your floor plan, with no GPS, Wi-Fi or line-of-sight required.
Because UWB holds up well against reflections, and WISER adds proprietary reflection algorithms on top, the system stays accurate in cluttered, metal-heavy environments where other indoor tracking systems struggle. The same UWB tracking system works outdoors for yards and between buildings, and connects to your ERP or MES through WISER’s API for industrial asset tracking across the whole operation.

WISER Antenna Infrastructure: Designed for Easy Deployment
Antenna nodes can be daisy-chained together, significantly reducing installation complexity compared to traditional “home-run” network architectures. By allowing multiple antennas to share a single Ethernet path, installations require fewer cable runs and fewer switch ports—lowering infrastructure costs and simplifying network planning.
WISER Systems Antennas: Low Power, Works Around Obstacles
WISER Antennas are lightweight and easy to install. No special training is required and facility crews can generally manage the install. Antennas are also low power and can even be powered wirelessly. Outdoor antennas are available for between building and yard tracking.
In cluttered, metal-heavy environments, the antennas can often pick up tag signals without line-of-sight.
